By retaining our services, you are entering in to a mutually agreed contract with clear expectations from both parties. All ambiguity around deliverables is removed, as we operate with full transparency.

You will receive regular updates on progress, meaning you’re kept fully up to speed throughout the process

DEDICATED RESOURCE
On commencement of a retained project, you will be allocated dedicated resource from a specialist partner, your role will be their only priority until the requirement is fulfilled.

SPEED
When you retain our services, you retain our full attention which is why our timeframe from instruction to completion is much faster than most. In the consultation period, we will mutually agree on deliverables for each step in the process, scaling up or down according to business requirements.

SUCCESS RATES
We have a 98% success rate with retained projects. This is partly because we are experts at what we do, and partly because of our honesty and integrity. If we don’t believe we can fulfil the requirements of the project we won’t accept it.

TIME SAVED
We are very thorough in our approach. We will deep dive into company culture, core values, interview key stakeholders and truly understand the impact of delivering the right person in the role. This takes time. By retaining Burton Recruitment, you avoid the need to do this multiple times.

Ultimately, it is our responsibility to represent your brand within the marketplace in a positive and accurate manner. COST
There is no increase in cost for retained recruitment, we simply invoice a third of the total fee upon commencement of the assignment, with the final balance due on completion.
