Our client, a dynamic and progressive Digital Agency, is seeking to recruit an ambitious, innovative, Senior Account Manager with a passion for all things Digital Marketing and SEO, to join their expanding team in a senior position to lead and inspire their team of marketing executives

With proven success in Digital and SEO, you should be a creative thinker who brings an innovative and strategic approach to their work, who delivers continuous improvement and successful campaigns to clients, and who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic & often fast-paced environment

Leading by example with a focus on personal and professional development, you will be not just a leader but also a true team player with a positive attitude, be driven, well organized and able to easily build a rapport and develop meaningful relationships with clients and the wider team

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a multi-skilled team of Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure agreed client strategies are fully executed, and supporting your team to ensure all deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality
  • Co-develop SEO strategies including defining and communicating the appropriate KPIs that performance will be measured against
  • Continuously innovating and incorporating creativity into account strategies and activity, ensuring we are ahead of the game when it comes to industry developments
  • Develop your SEO knowledge and skills and ensure best practice is understood and communicated throughout your team and is reflected within your own client strategies
  • Assist in delivering training to your team, the wider business, and clients and ensure you are informed of any market and industry trends that impact your client base directly
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients via regular video and face-to-face meetings; to truly understand their business and commercial objectives, and gear activity and reporting in a way that directly addresses these
  • Gauge and report on client satisfaction and escalate any potential client issues ahead of time
  • Assisting with business development by identifying new opportunities within your accounts, developing new ideas when it comes to product/service offerings and assisting in new business pitches.
