An experienced and proactive Support Team Lead required to join a successful and rapidly growing team. As a Microsoft Dynamics partner with a focus on Business Central, this is a great opportunity for a driven and approachable Support Team Lead to take ownership of our fundamental Support Team.
The team have a proven track record in the implementation of Business Central across diverse SME and large multi-national organisations, as well as offering professional and reliable consultancy services which mean we can manage all of the responsibilities involved in an ERP project.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the day-to-day running of the Support department and team of Support Consultants and Support Developers. You will ensure that Support tickets are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner and manage the help desk resulting in excellent customer service. You will be an organised and capable individual and confident in liaising with developers and consultants when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years’ experience working in supporting NAV/Business Central
- National Diploma (or higher) IT qualification
- The ideal candidate will benefit from knowledge of any of the following:
- Experience in any of the following: MVC ASP .Net Web Apps, HTML, CSS development
- LS Retail
- Jet Reports
- Tasklet Factory
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Mobile NAV
- Other Dynamics 365 applications
