  • To take personal ownership for the relationship management, sales development and achieving sales targets of Protection business from a selected panel of accounts.  
  • To effectively utilise all support resources within the business to help achieve individual business targets. 
  • Diagnosing the process of gathering and assessing relevant information about the client and their situation 
  • Managing the sales process from inception to completion, ensuring full fact find and appropriate products recommended 
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail 
  • Achieve business targets and maintain compliance standards 


You will be acutely sales driven, with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the individual protection market. You will demonstrate knowledge of how protection products can be applied within the Personal Planning sectors and knowledge of competitor propositions. In addition, you will possess full awareness of the risk controls that apply within the individual protection market and how they can impact competitive positioning.
