Dynamics 365 NAV/BC Functional Support Specialist – focused on NAV/BC, has spent several recent years in a Microsoft Partner supporting NAV and more recently BC projects. Looking to expand horizons and work with a wide variety of projects
Brief is to work as part of the D365 Business Central team
Champion the BC solution – Support of all aspects of Business Central from core app to popular add-ons/extensions/apps.
Full understanding of all elements of the BC Essentials licence
Grow your technical and consultancy skills, a comprehensive training programme available to the right candidate – fully funded including time for study leave, exam fees etc.
Key requirements:
Detailed experience with BC in a support role – i.e. knows the product
Understanding of key support systems and processes
Ability to think laterally, solve problems and yet be customer
