This position would ideally suit someone who has comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, has experience of working within a support desk environment, and thrives upon providing high-quality support
You must have
- Around 2 years’ experience in a NAV/ Business Central support role with proven experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC ERP system.
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
Responsibilities will include
· Providing support and assisting in maintaining in the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases
· Take ownership to resolve the issue and communicate the resolutions using the service desk functionality
· 1st-3rd line troubleshooting/support on MS Dynamics NAV/ Business Central
· Project tasks including requirement gathering/analysis, design, documentation development, testing and training
