Overview of the role:

Our client is an innovative car park management company that provides an extensive range of parking management solutions covering the full parking lifecycle, from encouraging and enabling compliant parking to maximize availability and revenue to driving asset value.

We are seeking a versatile marketing manager on a fixed term 12-month contract to promote our company’s brand and services. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring the marketing team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and evolve company brands and ensure adherence to the brand guidelines across the business
  • Develop and work with Senior Executives to set the annual marketing strategy by establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create and deliver multichannel campaigns across the prospect and client lifecycle to increase brand awareness, generate leads or support retention, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Track effectiveness and analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and report findings and future recommendations to Senior Executives
  • Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for all branding, advertising, and client communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Work with external marketing agencies to ensure marketing campaigns and projects come to fruition
  • Manage all digital marketing platforms, including websites, email marketing, and social media channels
  • Manage and continuously improve usability, design, SEO, content, and conversion of the business websites
  • Write and deliver all external marketing communications, including press releases, blog articles, client communications, and social media content
  • Support and manage internal communications with HR
  • Managing the day-to-day running of all marketing activity and the marketing team
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Senior Executives
  • Represent the marketing team in weekly, monthly and quarterly management meetings
  • Support the Senior Executives with larger projects
  • Develop and manage the marketing department’s budget

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
  • 5+ years of experience working as a marketing professional
  • Successful track record in B2C marketing and/or B2B marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to run social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal departments to support the business
  • Experience in SEO, web analytics and reporting
  • Experience in budget planning & management
  • Ability to lead and manage a marketing team
  • Proven ability in working with and presenting to management and Senior Executives
  • Desirable, but not essential, experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics and MailChimp
