Our client a well-known and established national Insurance Company offering both personal and business insurance is now actively recruiting an organised and target driven Insurance Account Handler to support their continued growth.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all customers receive first class service to their increasing portfolio of business and personal clients
- Daily handling of a wide range of commercial and personal policies
- Processing any policy changes accurately.
- Carrying out renewal reviews
- Providing new business quotations
- Product knowledge of a full range including Financial Services, Risk Management, Motor and General Insurance
The successful candidate will have previous experience in account management ideally within insurance/financial planning. You will be detail-orientated, with a passion for achieving targets. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to forge long-term relationships.
