We are pleased to support this market leading IFA firm in their continued expansion, now actively recruiting an experienced Administrator to support their growing team.  

Reporting to the Office Manager, key responsibilities will include: 

  •  Supporting the team of Advisors and providing first-class administration support 
  •  Compile Letters of Authority, sending to Insurance Providers, and collating policy information when received for Paraplanners and           Financial Advisers  
  •  Assist the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients  
  •  Produce all relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the Adviser, including, quotations, illustrations, and valuations  
  • Produce Portfolio Valuations and Summary Reports for Financial Adviser review meetings  
  • To deliver excellent client service in accordance with FCA guidelines, internal policy and procedure, and company service standards  

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout their work. Ideally, candidates will possess a minimum of 12 months within an IFA support role with up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations, or within a similar financial administration position.
