If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Advisor at a vibrant office in the Spinningfields/Deansgate area.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s valued customers, assisting them with a wide range of queries related to insurance brokerage. Whether it’s handling inbound calls, responding to emails, or making outbound calls to provide support, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Handling a variety of customer service queries related to insurance products and services.
- Assisting customers with mid-term adjustments, policy renewals, and claims.
- Providing guidance and advice on insurance options tailored to meet customers’ specific needs.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry (although this is not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and information.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
