Our client, an innovative law firm based in Lancaster that specializes in civil litigation, is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join their growing team. In this role, you will speak to new and existing clients, collect missing claim information, follow call scripts/flows, advise clients on key information, and update them on the processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Customer Care Client Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support Executive, or similar role, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills and strong people management skills.
