Crime and Fraud Insurance Sales Manager

My client, a leading insurance and asset management company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crime and Fraud Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in our Canary Wharf office.

The role:

As an expert salesperson, you will be responsible for achieving the sales goals for our Crime Insurance product via broker sales, direct sales, and development of leads coming from other lines of business such as Credit Insurance and Surety & Guarantee. You will also be responsible for following up on new developments in the market of Crime Insurance (Commercial crime, financial crime, employee dishonesty) and making proposals for product innovation to follow the market in different segments.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve targets for our Crime Insurance (Fidelity/ Fraud Insurance) portfolio growth with respect of quality and risk awareness of the business
2. Receive and develop leads coming from non-specialised brokers
3. Prospection and direct sales to all customer segments
4. Raise interest for the new product within our sales organization to develop cross-selling and meet the targets defined
5. These targets are achieved with respect of Global Fidelity Rules and Local Authorities
6. Global Follow-Up, coordination, and support of the different sales channels
7. Give training to employees and brokers
8. Give presentations at events
9. Give input to marketing for content generation
10. Sales reporting
11. Close collaboration with other functions (claims, PA)

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of the market of Crime Insurance (Commercial crime, financial crime, employee dishonesty)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
