Due to ongoing expansion, our client is actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to complement their team on a permanent basis.

Working within a close-knit and very successful sales department, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • New business development calls to new and existing insurance clients
  • Conducting independent research via multiple methods to identify and consequently form a relationship with the correct point of contact
  • Demonstrating a consultative sales technique, understanding the differing needs of each client, and altering your approach in accordance to this.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline is in place with a detailed understanding of expected profitability
  • Forming a solid foundation, in order to allow Technical Managers to finalize new contracts

This is a high-end, corporate post in which you’ll be expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. A proven background within a sales environment is essential.
