Meet our team of dedicated recruitment professionals
We’re a team of passionate and hardworking professionals, who benefit from literally decades of shared recruitment experience. We are based nationwide to service the whole of the UK, but have an extra focus in Lancashire, North West thanks to several of our consultants being based there. Recent expansion sees us operating internationally, courtesy of our Consultants in Munich, Gibraltar and Cyprus.

As the Director of Burton Recruitment, Gina works closely with a small selection of key clients. Focussing on Executive Search in addition to offering support with organisational strategy and succession planning.
Clarinda is a multilingual SaaS industry recruitment specialist bringing many years of international experience to SaaS business solutions companies in the UK, Europe, and beyond. She offers an all-in-one solution to global SaaS clients and candidates across a broad range of sectors.
Following a successful administrative career, Gemma understands the importance of a successful and efficient back-office function, and now supports companies across multiple sectors in a range of mid to senior level administrative and operational positions.
With over 10 years’ business consultancy, restructuring, recovery and insolvency experience in practice, Gemma has a further 8 years experience within the recruitment industry, with a demonstrated history in partnering with key clients on senior appointments.
BA (hons) and JIEB qualified, Gemma works closely with clients to provide the required support across multiple divisions following internal restructure and business growth, including Executive Search and organisational strategy.
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A successful background within media sales preceded Remy’s career in recruitment, meaning she truly understands the requirements of a talented business development candidate and more importantly, how to identify these attributes.
Remy has supported a multitude of companies in their business development and relationship management recruitment, from SMEs through to Blue Chips, with a focus on financial services and more specifically, insurance.
Dareen’s career started within Accountancy, where she successfully gained her ILCA and AAT together with 15 years’ experience as a Legal and Corporate Accountant. However, she has since found her true passion in recruitment and went on to spend an impressive 17 years working within Accountancy & Oracle Netsuite.
Caroline heads up Burton Recruitment’s IT division, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
A specialist in securing the highest calibre of talent within Microsoft D365 roles throughout the UK and Europe. Supporting SMEs through to global corporations and with a focus on Business Central, Caroline introduces mid-senior level candidates to ensure exceptional and timely delivery of Dynamics implementation projects.
Matt is a highly qualified professional with a first-class honour Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience in recruiting for various engineering sectors across Europe with a strong focus on design, development, manufacture, and testing.
With a strong background in engineering, he possesses a deep understanding of technical requirements and has developed a keen eye for identifying top talent.
TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Charlotte’s background consists of over a decade of hospitality management; specialising in client satisfaction. Having managed several high end and high volume establishments, her skills in delivering the highest industry standards, have now moved into the recruitment sector.
With a dedicated focus to ascertaining client needs, service excellence and investment in people, Charlotte will help ensure that we offer the highest levels of service to both candidates and clients whilst ensuring we develop long term, successful partnerships.
